Add people whose location matters. Each of his pins will show drive/flight time to them.
Paste in Zillow (or any) listings you're considering. Turn on the "Houses" map layer to see them, click a pin for a quick card.
Set how much each factor matters (0 = ignore, 10 = critical). The app auto-scores each job 0–100.
Every pin's popup shows straight-line distance + estimated flight time to these places. Defaults are NYC, Southport NC, Grand Rapids MI.
Pick 2–4 jobs to see side-by-side.
Connect this map to a Google Sheet so every job you add saves to the sheet automatically and syncs across devices.
Extensions → Apps Script. A code editor opens in a new tab./exec) and paste it in the field above. Click Save & Sync.⚠️ Anyone with that URL can read/write your sheet. Don't share it publicly. For a personal job tracker this is fine.
